Term and Conditions of Ipoh Weekend Homestay
1. Check In : Before 5pm on your check in date, or key collection before 5pm on the date.
2. Check out : Before 12noon of your check out date.
3. For bookings made online, e-mail or phone, upon confirmation, guests are required to pay RM 100 non refundable deposit . All payments shall be made in cash to the Bank account below:
** Please take note, interbank transfers might take 1(one) day.

4. We do not provide daily room housekeeping. Nonetheless, Guests are required to keep premise reasonably clean as and where it is. For long term guests, cleaning can be provided and is chargeable.
5. Ipoh Weekend Homestay prohibits smoking in the premises, however, smokers are allowed to utilise the open area outside the premises.
6. We reserve the right to decline a booking or refuse entry to accommodate any person(s) or group who in our opinion, are not suitable to occupy our premises. In this case, no reason will need to be given and the contract shall be discharged without further liability on either party.
7. Guests are requested to take care of their own safety and security of their own belongings while staying at Ipoh Weekend Homestay. Ipoh Weekend Homestay shall not be held responsible for any losses.
